Fractional Marketing Manager (AWS Partner Marketing | B2B | Hands-on Delivery)

We’re looking for a hands-on fractional marketing manager who can take ownership of planning and executing marketing activity that directly drives AWS-related pipeline. Ideally 3 days a week. You’ll be expected to devise and manage a marketing plan against a defined budget, aligning activity to commercial priorities and ensuring a clear link to pipeline and revenue outcomes. The role requires someone who can operate across multiple stakeholders - working with marketing, sales, and partner teams to agree priority services, solutions, and campaign focus areas, and then driving delivery. You’ll support the sales team with sales enablement content and campaigns that help convert opportunities, while also creating and executing campaigns designed to generate inbound MQLs. We need someone confident managing the full mix of: Campaign planning and execution Events (end-to-end delivery and follow-up) Content and creative development Paid activity and LinkedIn campaigns Pipeline-focused marketing delivery Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, Canva, and LinkedIn is essential - this is a delivery role, not just oversight. You should be comfortable working at pace, managing multiple initiatives at once, and taking ownership without requiring heavy direction. It would be great if you can work one day a week from one of our offices (Marlow or London), but fully remote also considered.
