Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Takeoff Specialist to prepare accurate framing and drywall quantity takeoffs from architectural and construction plans. Responsibilities: Review architectural and construction drawings Calculate framing and drywall quantities Identify stud sizes, spacing, track, and shoe track requirements Prepare detailed material takeoff reports Verify measurements and quantities for estimating purposes Requirements: Experience with framing and drywall takeoffs Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans Experience with On-Screen Takeoff (OST) or similar estimating software Strong attention to detail and accuracy Prior estimating or takeoff experience preferred
