Role Description We’re seeking a driven, high-performing Franchise Relationship Manager to recruit, onboard, and lead a nationwide team of franchise consultants. In this fully remote role, you will mentor consultants, drive franchise sales outcomes, and help turn opportunity into measurable success. This role is ideal for a results-oriented leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building high-performing remote teams. Qualifications Key Responsibilities Recruit and onboard top-tier franchise consultants nationwide who are motivated, ambitious, and aligned with IFBC’s vision. Build, scale, and inspire a remote team of 50+ consultants, setting clear performance goals, KPIs, and accountability measures. Fully remote role with flexibility, but daily availability for team meetings, huddles, and coaching sessions. High-energy role: expected 50 calls/day, 10 meetings/day, and ongoing follow-ups with leads. Strong emphasis on networking, prospecting, and achieving measurable sales targets. Strong communication and relationship management skills to engage with franchisors, franchisees, and prospective clients Lead remote franchise sales operations, coaching consultants on prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals. Enable the team to achieve 5-10 Franchise sales post-recruitment through the team per month, and hands-on guidance. · Continuously identify and introduce new franchise tiers and emerging brands to expand the portfolio. · Maintain accurate sales, recruitment, and performance tracking reports. Required Skills & Expertise Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or franchise operations. Strong leadership and remote team management capabilities. Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities. Target-driven mindset with a proven ability to hit KPIs in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using CRM systems, virtual meeting tools, and digital outreach platforms. Analytical mindset to monitor pipelines, identify opportunities, and optimize team performance. Experience in market analysis, business development, and strategic planning Knowledge of franchise models and industries such as food service, retail, or fitness is a plus Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to dynamic environments Background in sales, consulting, or business management preferred Passion for entrepreneurship and guiding individuals on their business ownership journey
