Pinnacle Process Group is a Colorado-based operational consulting firm helping early-stage founders build the infrastructure their business needs to grow. Our flagship program, The Climb, is a structured, milestone-based engagement with up to 12 months of support priced at $3,500. We are looking for a freelance appointment setter to identify qualified early-stage founders and book discovery calls on our behalf. Your job is to generate quality leads and set the conditions for a close. The close is on us. What You'll Do Find early-stage founders in online communities where they are actively seeking support Start genuine, value-first conversations with prospects matching our Ideal Client Profile Qualify leads before booking — no unvetted calls on our calendar Schedule discovery calls using our booking link Send a brief weekly activity summary Compensation $300 base retainer paid at Day 30 $700 performance bonus at Day 90 — triggered when leads support 2 closes OR 2 actual closes are generated from your bookings, whichever comes first $400 per additional close beyond 2 Maximum quarterly earnings: $3,000 To Apply, tell us: Your appointment setting or prospecting background Platforms where you have successfully found prospects Why this compensation structure works for you Why this role appeals to you We are not looking for the cheapest option.
