Summary

A new in-depth media, built to think about experience differently -- The project This fall, we are launching a premium media outlet for leaders and decision-makers in the experience industry: marketing, communications, brand strategy, customer experience. Not a news outlet. An in-depth media, built to feed the thinking of leaders rather than comment on the news cycle. Every month, we publish a major feature built around a single in-depth theme. The ambition: confront viewpoints at an international scale, rather than offering a single, local reading of a subject. An international editorial setup In practice, each monthly feature is built by several journalists based on different continents, working together on its construction. The goal is not to juxtapose national viewpoints, but to make them talk to each other: cross perspectives, reveal blind spots, build a collective intelligence on the subject rather than a sum of independent articles. This is a different way of working than a classic newsroom: more upfront coordination, more exchange between journalists, real collective construction of the angle and the narrative. What we are looking for We are recruiting several freelance journalists to work on two pilot features, each carried by a small team spread across different continents. The themes, subjects, and angles are already defined. What we are looking for are journalists who can: - take ownership of an already-framed angle and embody it from their own ground - genuinely collaborate with fellow journalists based elsewhere in the world - produce demanding, in-depth journalism, with no shortcuts and no blind spots Articles are written in English. A strong command of written English is required, regardless of the journalist's home market. Each article has one lead journalist, responsible for the final piece, even though the process involves real teamwork with the other journalist(s) on the feature at key stages. Each feature covers around ten angles, so ten articles per feature, ranging from 500 to 2,500 words depending on the angle.
