In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the emotional authenticity, cultural accuracy, and precise pacing of international content, helping stories resonate with local audiences globally. Language Requirements: Qualified candidates must demonstrate native or near-native fluency in English and professional proficiency in Mandarin. Key Responsibilities: • Adaptation: Transform translated scripts into engaging, lip sync compatible dialogue that flows naturally. • Precision: Ensure all lines align perfectly with the timing, pacing, and lip movements of the original video. • Nuance: Preserve the tone, character voice, and emotional intent of the source material. • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and reviewers to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery. • Revision: Proactively incorporate editorial feedback to refine the final script. Qualifications: • Fluency: Native or near-native fluency in the target language. • Experience: Proven experience in dubbing adaptation, script localization, or professional screenwriting. • Technical Skill: Demonstrated ability to work within strict dubbing constraints (lip-sync, pacing, timing). • Writing Ability: Strong command of grammar and creative writing with a keen ear for natural dialogue. • Reliability: Proven ability to meet strict project deadlines and manage workload independently.
