Freelance Virtual Assistant – Lead Generation for Therapists & Wellness Creators (Cold Email)

I’m a composer and soundscape designer running a small music licensing brand that serves therapists, coaches, wellness practitioners, and YouTube creators. I’m looking for an experienced, detail-oriented virtual assistant to handle lead research, list building, and basic outreach data maintenance so I can stay focused on music and clients. This is a low-hour, highly structured weekly role with clear processes. Tools & setup I will provide: a dedicated business email inbox for outreach, access to a Gmail-based mail-merge / outreach tool, and lead tracking sheets (Google Sheets) with clear templates. You will use these tools inside my accounts (no sending from your own domains) and follow my sending limits and outreach rules to protect deliverability. Key responsibilities Prospecting & list building – research and build clean lead lists of: (1) therapists, hypnotherapists, coaches, yoga/somatic practitioners, and (2) wellness-focused YouTube channels (sleep, meditation, affirmations, focus, etc.), following strict Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria that I will provide. Email & contact verification – find the best contact email (business or professional) and verify emails using tools (e.g., NeverBounce / ZeroBounce or similar) to keep bounce rate low. Data organization – enter and maintain lead data in Google Sheets / a simple CRM: name, role, website/channel, email, niche, notes, and status (New / Contacted / Replied / Not a fit). Outreach support (no copywriting required) – use my pre-written cold email templates inside the mail-merge tool to send small, targeted batches of outreach and log sends and replies so I can take over conversations. Required qualifications Proven experience as a lead generation / outreach VA or similar role. Comfortable researching B2B-style leads (not just consumer lists), ideally in coaching, wellness, or online business niches. Hands-on experience with some of the following: lead tools (Apollo.io, LinkedIn, YouTube/Google search or similar), email verification tools (NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, etc.), and outreach/mail merge tools (GMass, Mailmeteor, YAMM, or equivalent). Strong written English and very high attention to detail (correct names, correct emails, correct niche).
