Freight Broker Agent / Brokerage Sales Representative (US Logistics) We are a fast-growing U.S. logistics company expanding our Expedite Division and looking for a driven, ambitious Brokerage Sales Representative ready to grow fast in logistics sales. Our mission is simple: move freight safely, quickly, and profitably — with a people-first mindset. If you love negotiation, market analysis, and building relationships with brokers/3PLs — this role is for you. What You Will Do: - Communicate daily with carrier sales representatives from brokerage and 3PL companies to source available freight - Negotiate and quote competitive rates based on lane trends, market conditions, and capacity - Coordinate closely with dispatch and operations teams to match loads with available trucks - Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities - Track load performance, ensure timely updates, and resolve any service-related issues promptly - Maintain accurate records of communications, pricing, and booking details What We Expect From You: - 1+ year of experience in freight brokerage, dispatch, or logistics sales - Deep understanding of U.S. trucking lanes & pricing logic - Proficient English (written & spoken) - Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills - Ability to multitask and manage multiple partner conversations - Proficiency with load boards (DAT, Truckstop, Sylectus, etc.) and CRM tools Professional, responsive, problem-solving mindset What We Offer: - Clear sales career growth (including future team-lead potential) - Remote work flexibility - Schedule: Monday–Friday, EST timezone - Supportive, people-first culture - Performance-based bonuses - Long-term growth inside a fast-scaling logistics company 📩 How to Apply: Please reply to this job post with your full resume/CV — be sure to highlight your relevant freight brokerage/logistics sales experience and English proficiency level.
