Summary

We are a growing freight brokerage seeking an experienced appointment setter and cold caller to help generate new shipper opportunities across the United States. Your primary responsibility will be contacting manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, importers, and other shipping companies to identify transportation needs and schedule meetings for our sales team. Responsibilities * Make outbound cold calls to prospective shippers * Identify transportation and logistics decision-makers * Introduce our transportation services * Qualify freight opportunities * Schedule meetings and follow-up calls * Maintain accurate call notes and prospect information * Collect contact details and shipping requirements Requirements * Excellent English communication skills * Previous B2B cold calling experience * Ability to confidently speak with managers, directors, and executives * Strong work ethic and positive attitude * Reliable internet connection and calling setup Preferred Experience * Freight brokerage * Trucking and transportation * Logistics and supply chain * Dispatching * Appointment setting for B2B sales teams Success Metrics * Outbound calls completed * Decision-makers reached * Qualified shipper conversations * Meetings booked * Quote opportunities generated
