Freight & Logistics Coordinator — China → 6 x Amazon FBA / 3 x 3PL

We're a fast-growing medical device accessory brand Shipping globally, and our logistics coordination has outgrown ad-hoc management. We need an experienced Freight & Logistics Coordinator to own the day-to-day coordination of our outbound shipping — immediate start. Our setup: - Origin: Our warehouse in China (all product ships from here) - Amazon FBA: 5 Seller Central accounts — USA, Canada, Australia, UK, Germany - 3PLs: 3 accounts — Dallas (USA), Sydney (Australia), and the Netherlands (EU). These handle our D2C orders and smaller distribution orders. - Retail: Weekly shipments to Retail partners - Distributors: A network of 40–50 distributors we supply on a recurring basis - Modes: Air (economy + express) and ocean (LCL / FCL), all DDP - Our current systems are antiquated, so you will need to be comfortable in a little bit of chaos while we improve our systems. We currently still work in spreadsheets and do a lot by email, so experience in quick fixes to help us keep on top of things is valued. What you'll do: - Coordinate China-origin freight bookings (air + ocean, DDP) to all Amazon FBA destinations and our 3 3PLs - Create and manage Amazon FBA shipment plans across all 5 marketplaces; download FNSKU/carton labels and pass them to our China warehouse for prep before dispatch - Get and compare DDP freight quotes (via Freightos or similar) and recommend the best mode/carrier per shipment - Coordinate 3PL inbound (booking windows, label specs, pallet configs) - Ensure our weekly retail shipment meets EDI 856 / ASN requirements to avoid chargebacks - Maintain a shipment calendar so nothing runs ad hoc - Liaise directly with our China warehouse on pickup, prep, and export documentation - Track all shipments and flag delays proactively - take ownership of inventory management, aiming for fully stocked warehouses and fast shipping to our distribution partners You must have: - Proven China export freight experience (air + ocean, DDP / Incoterms fluency) - Hands-on Amazon FBA shipment experience — ideally across multiple marketplaces (US, CA, AU, UK, DE) - Comfort working inside Amazon Seller Central - Experience coordinating 3PL inbound - Familiarity with freight platforms (Freightos, Flexport, or similar) - Ability to get up to speed fast - Take ownership and responsibility. Show leadership and care about keeping our warehouses stocked up. - Excellent written English and responsive, async-friendly communication - Organised, proactive, detail-obsessed — this role is about preventing fires, not just fighting them Nice to have: - Retail EDI / ASN experience (Walgreens, Walmart, or similar) - Experience with ShipStation or multi-3PL order routing - Based in or working China business hours (huge plus — you'll liaise with our warehouse directly) How to apply — please do this or we'll skip your application: 1.
