Summary

We are seeking an experienced Freight Sales Administrator to support our growing freight brokerage division. This role is ideal for someone with transportation or logistics experience who is highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment. The Freight Sales Administrator will work directly with our sales team to assist with lead generation, CRM management, customer onboarding, appointment setting, and administrative support. This is not a dispatcher role. We are looking for someone who can help build and organize our freight sales operations from the ground up. Responsibilities: • Research and identify potential shippers and freight customers • Build and maintain prospect lists • Manage and update CRM records • Send introductory emails and follow up communications • Assist with customer onboarding and account setup • Track sales opportunities, quotes, and customer interactions • Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team • Create and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and sales dashboards • Support daily administrative functions for the freight sales department • Assist with data entry and documentation Requirements: • Previous experience in freight brokerage, trucking, logistics, or transportation • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent written and verbal English communication • Experience with CRM systems • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Strong attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: • Freight brokerage experience • Lead generation and prospecting experience • Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) • Experience supporting sales teams Availability: • Must be available during normal U.S. business hours for communication and collaboration When Applying, Please Include: A summary of your transportation or logistics experience Any freight brokerage experience you have Your hourly rate Why you believe you would be a good fit for this role
