🎓 FRENCH-SPEAKING TRAINER — ONLINE VOCATIONAL EDUCATION | ONG NOTRE GABON (Gabon) WHO WE ARE Notre Gabon is a Gabonese NGO founded in October 2024, committed to youth empowerment and national development. Our mission is to equip young Gabonese people aged 18–25 from low-income backgrounds with real, marketable professional skills — delivered in proper conditions: air-conditioned centers, stable internet connection. They deserve serious, committed educators. THE ROLE We are looking for trainers able to design and deliver vocational training courses in French exclusively. NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS: — All instruction delivered 100% in French — No subtitles, no bilingual content, no translation of any kind — Pedagogy adapted to a motivated but non-specialist audience (ages 18–25, semi-literate, low-income backgrounds) — Clear, concrete, jargon-free language — Reliable, punctual, committed for the long term SUBJECT AREAS SOUGHT We are looking for trainers specialized in one or more of the following: Call center & customer relations (communication, call handling, sales techniques) Agriculture & fishing (modern practices, farm/operation management) Administration & management (office tools, organization, HR basics) French language & professional writing (oral and written expression) Law (introductory level, workers' rights, basic legal literacy) Finance & budget management (basic accounting, budgeting, microfinance) Personal development & mentoring (orientation, leadership, self-confidence) MISSION FORMAT Two formats available depending on your profile and availability: ① LIVE GROUP SESSIONS → Volume: 7 hours per week (schedule negotiable) → Payment: monthly, single end-of-month bank transfer ② PRE-RECORDED VIDEO PACKAGE → Structured modules for self-paced learner use → Content delivered against a defined brief → Rate based on volume and module length IDEAL PROFILE Native or near-native French speaker (clear diction, strong oral expression) Proven experience in vocational training or professional teaching Ability to simplify technical concepts for a non-specialist audience Serious, consistent, long-term mindset Experience with youth from underserved or low-income communities = a strong plus HOW TO APPLY Please send: A short introduction — your background and area of expertise Your training or teaching experience (in-person or remote) A sample module or content piece you have produced (optional but appreciated) Your availability and preferred format (live sessions / video package) Priority is given to candidates who understand our social mission and are looking to commit over time. — NKORI Marius, Training Manager ONG Notre Gabon
