We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Native French Virtual Assistant to manage our daily SMS marketing outreach to clients in France. Responsibilities Generate and refine short, engaging SMS marketing messages in French using ChatGPT. Format and schedule daily text message campaigns using our provided SMS gateway platforms. Monitor delivery rates and ensure messages are sent out smoothly according to the daily schedule. Report on basic campaign metrics and flag any technical or delivery issues immediately. Maintain organized records of sent campaigns and client engagement. Requirements Native French speaker with excellent written communication skills. Fluent in English for clear internal communication with our team. Prior experience using ChatGPT for content creation or customer communication. Comfortable navigating web-based software platforms and SMS gateways (training provided for specific tools). Highly organized with the ability to manage repetitive daily tasks accurately. Work Details This is a long-term, daily role requiring consistent availability. Work hours are flexible but campaigns must be sent out during appropriate French daytime hours.
