From GarageBand/midi to ready for production song

Summary

I am looking to hire for this production project. I wrote a song in GarageBand, but because I am working with a DJ friend who works in FL in Windows, I had to convert it into Midi. I already hired maybe 10 people from here, but I did manage to get it into the midis. But my friend now says she needs to solve a tempo issue - I wrote it in a freestyle way, thinking she would be able to produce it, but it isn’t possible for her to manage the tempo in such a way that it would be a song ready to be updated by her. She suggests I find someone who can correct the song by, I guess, playing the exact same thing, but on a beat.
