Title: Frontend JavaScript Developer Needed to Upgrade Telehealth Checkout We are a telehealth brand looking for a strong frontend JavaScript developer to upgrade our checkout experience. Our current checkout is part of an intake form hosted by our backend platform, Bask Health. The checkout is already functional, but we want to improve the frontend design, plan selection layout, and overall conversion experience. This is not a heavy backend engineering project. We need someone highly proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frontend customization who can work within an existing hosted checkout/intake flow. Scope of Work: • Customize our existing checkout page using JavaScript • Transform the current accordion-style plan selector into a more premium card-based layout • Add clearer plan hierarchy such as Recommended, Most Popular, and Best Value • Display monthly pricing, total billed amount, and promotional savings clearly • Improve mobile responsiveness • Preserve the existing Bask Health checkout/intake functionality • Ensure the final checkout feels clean, premium, and conversion-focused Ideal Candidate: • Strong JavaScript experience • Strong frontend/UI implementation skills • Experience customizing hosted checkout flows • Experience with telehealth, healthcare, subscription, or ecommerce checkout pages is a plus • Familiarity with Bask Health is a major plus • Ability to work from screenshots/mockups and implement polished UI changes Please include examples of checkout pages, pricing pages, or custom frontend work you have completed.
