Set up AI multichannel outreach platform (Reply.io with Jason AI SDR or Lemlist SmartAgent preferred) for email + LinkedIn sequences. Integrate AI voice outbound calling (CallSphere, Retell AI, or similar) with full knowledge base training so the AI can accurately answer questions about our services, how the system works, medical billing/reimbursement, compliance, and other details. Set up direct mail marketing (e.g. Postalytics or Lob) triggered for high-volume physicians, with personalized printed letters using procedure volume data. Build automated multichannel sequences where procedure volume data is dynamically inserted into emails, printed letters, and call scripts.
