Full-Stack & AI Developer for WhatsApp Cloud API Integration and HR Workflow Automation

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer with AI experience to support the development of our platform. The main task is to build a WhatsApp Cloud API integration and implement workflow automation features for HR processes. Project Scope We need support with: Integration of the WhatsApp Cloud API Sending and receiving WhatsApp messages through our platform Building automated HR workflows, for example: candidate communication application status updates interview scheduling automated follow-ups internal HR task routing Connecting the WhatsApp workflow with our existing backend Designing clean APIs and database structures Implementing frontend components where needed Using AI to analyze, classify or generate responses within HR-related workflows Ensuring scalability, security and clean documentation Required Skills Strong experience with Full-Stack Development Backend experience, ideally with Java/Spring Boot, Node.js or Python/FastAPI Frontend experience with React or Angular Experience with WhatsApp Cloud API / Meta API Experience with workflow automation Good understanding of AI integrations, such as OpenAI API, RAG, LLM-based classification or response generation Experience with REST APIs, webhooks and authentication Clean coding style and reliable communication Nice to Have Experience with HR tech, recruiting platforms or applicant tracking systems Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms Experience with Docker, PostgreSQL, MongoDB or cloud deployment Experience with GDPR-aware software development What We Expect We are not looking for someone who only writes code based on tickets.
