Full-Stack Digital Marketing Partner Needed for Oral Care brand (e-commerce) We make an innovative oral care product. We are looking for a freelancer or agency that can help us manage the full digital marketing journey, not just one isolated piece of it. Ideally, we want a partner who can help us think through strategy, create and test ads, run paid campaigns, improve our website funnel, and help us scale profitably. We are looking to spend approximately $20k/month, but we can start smaller to assure good ROI and we can increase the budget continuously beyond $20k/month if the ROI continues to be good. The better you are, the more we will increase the budget, and the more you can make!! **What we need help with** We are looking for support across the following: 1. **Marketing strategy** * Overall growth strategy * Positioning and messaging * Identifying the strongest customer segments and hooks * Planning the testing roadmap 2. **Creative development** * Ad concepts and scripts * UGC-style video ads * Static image ads * Product benefit-focused creatives * Before/after, demo, testimonial, comparison, and problem-solution angles * Creative testing plan * AI videos, if they're actually good (most aren't) 3. **Paid ads management** * Meta/Facebook/Instagram ads * Google Ads / YouTube ads * TikTok ads, if relevant * Retargeting campaigns * Budget allocation and scaling strategy * Reporting on CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, AOV, and other key metrics 4. **Landing page and website optimization** * A/B testing landing pages * Improving product page conversion rate * Testing headlines, offers, pricing presentation, bundles, guarantees, testimonials, FAQs, and calls to action * Identifying friction points in the funnel 5. **Analytics and tracking** * Pixel/event setup review * GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Ads tracking, etc. * Attribution analysis * Weekly reporting and recommendations 6. **Conversion rate optimization** * Funnel audits * Heatmap/session recording analysis, if applicable * Checkout optimization * Offer testing * Email/SMS capture improvements **Who we are looking for** We are especially interested in someone who has experience with one or more of the following: * Consumer hardware products * E-commerce brands * Health, wellness, beauty, dental, or personal care products * Crowdfunded or newly launched physical products * Products that require education/demonstration to understand * Scaling from early traction to repeatable paid acquisition **Questions for applicants** Please answer the following in your proposal: 1. Which parts of the full marketing flow do you feel strongest in? 2. Which parts would you *not* personally handle, or would need another specialist for? 3. Do you have examples of products where you handled strategy, creatives, ads, and landing page optimization together? 4. What results have you achieved for similar e-commerce or physical product brands? 5. What ad platforms do you recommend we start with and why? 6. How would you approach testing our oral care product in the first 30 days? 7. Do you create the ad creatives yourself, or do you only manage media buying? 8. Do you have experience with UGC-style ads, product demo ads, or direct-response video ads? 9. How do you report results and decide when to scale, pause, or iterate? 10. What would you need from us to get started? **Ideal engagement** We are open to either a freelancer or agency. We would prefer someone who can take ownership of the marketing system end-to-end, but we are also open to specialists if they are excellent in a specific area.
