Three companies, one shared belief: compliance done well is a competitive advantage, not a checkbox. Headquartered in the EU with a genuinely global client base, we're now looking for a marketer who can help tell that story across all three. The Role We're hiring a Full-Stack Marketing Specialist to own and execute marketing across multiple channels — potentially supporting more than one of our companies. This is a hands-on role for someone who's comfortable wearing many hats — strategy one day, copywriting and campaign execution the next. What You'll Do Plan and run multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, paid, organic, content) Own content strategy: blog posts, case studies, landing pages, email sequences Manage and optimize paid acquisition channels (LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.) Improve SEO performance and organic traffic growth Build and maintain marketing automation workflows (email nurture, lead scoring) Analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics (CAC, conversion rates, pipeline contribution) Collaborate on positioning and messaging for a B2B audience (compliance, security, HR, and L&D decision-makers) Support sales with marketing collateral and lead-gen initiatives What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, cybersecurity, or a similarly complex/regulated space Proven track record running full-funnel campaigns from strategy through execution Strong writing skills — able to turn technical or dry subject matter into clear, compelling content Hands-on experience with marketing tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, email platforms, etc.) Comfortable working independently and owning projects end-to-end Data-driven mindset — you make decisions based on numbers, not guesses Excellent English communication skills Nice to Have Experience marketing to compliance, legal, security, HR, or L&D audiences Familiarity with LMS, cybersecurity, or EdTech products Basic design skills (Canva, Figma) for quick asset creation Experience with ABM (account-based marketing) strategies What We Offer Fully remote, flexible working hours Long-term collaboration for the right fit (this isn't a one-off project) Direct access to founders/leadership — your work will have real, visible impact Variety — the chance to market across consulting, cybersecurity, and training, not just one narrow product How to Apply Please include: A short note on your relevant B2B marketing experience 2–3 examples of campaigns or content you've built that drove measurable results Your availability (hours/week) and rate expectations
