Full-Time Amazon / E-Commerce Specialist — Long-Term Remote Role, 8 Hours/Day, US Eastern Time

We are a stable, multi-million dollar Amazon business that has been operating for over 10 years. We are looking for a serious, long-term, full-time remote team member to join our Amazon/e-commerce business. This is not a small side project or occasional freelance work. We are looking for someone who wants a stable, long-term opportunity and is available to work 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, during US Eastern Time business hours. Your working schedule will be one of the following, depending on what we agree on: * 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Eastern Time * 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time * 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time During your agreed working hours, you must be fully available and actively working for us. You must also be available on Slack so we can communicate, give feedback, review work, and make updates quickly throughout the day. This is very important to us. In the past, we have worked with individuals or companies who claimed they were working full-time, but in reality, they were often unavailable during working hours and only submitted work at the end of the day. This creates a major problem because we cannot review the work, give feedback, make corrections, or move projects forward efficiently. We are not looking for that kind of working arrangement. We need someone who is genuinely available during the full 8-hour work window and who treats this as their main full-time job during those hours. If you are currently working with many clients and plan to handle their work during our business hours, this will not be a good fit. We are looking for a dedicated person who wants to grow with us long-term. Type of Work The work will be Amazon and e-commerce related. Tasks may include: * Working on Amazon US listings * Working on Amazon international marketplaces * Creating, editing, and improving product listings * PPC-related tasks and optimization * Inventory-related tasks * TikTok Shop-related tasks * Product research or marketplace research * Fixing or improving product images * Using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other current tools to improve workflow * Using Photoshop, Canva, or AI image tools when needed * Coordinating with other team members and managers This role will involve a lot of learning and training in the beginning. We will give instructions, processes, and guidance. You may work closely with a manager or other team members at first. Over time, if we see strong performance, reliability, and leadership potential, this role can grow into a manager-type position where you may help manage projects or other team members. This is a very good opportunity for someone who already has some Amazon or e-commerce experience and wants to take their career to the next level. Important Availability Requirement During your agreed 8-hour work schedule, we need to be your only client/employer. We have enough work to keep you busy full-time, and we need fast communication during the day. Compensation Starting pay will depend on your current experience, skills, and ability to handle the work. We are open to discussing compensation based on your background and performance.
