Full-Time IT Automation Specialist — EOD Report System

Summary We are seeking an automation specialist to build a system that automatically retrieves sales call recordings, runs them through an AI reviewer, scores them against a set rubric, and delivers feedback reports to management and the individual consultant. Deliverables - Connect call recording source (e.g. Fathom, GHL, or Zoom) to automation pipeline via Make.com or webhook - Build AI scoring module that reviews transcripts against a defined sales rubric (e.g. double-dialled, objection handling, closing technique) - Output structured scorecard per call to Google Sheets with consultant name, date, score, and AI feedback - Send automated feedback summary to consultant via Slack or email after each reviewed call Maintain and troubleshoot the system; document all components with SOPs Required Skills - Make.com - Webhook / API integrations - Google Sheets - AI API (Claude or OpenAI) for transcript analysis - Fathom, GHL, or Zoom API (any one is a plus) Compensation - USD100 for the test task with potential to be offered a full time role at base salary of USD 900-1000/month Working Hours - 5 working days per week (Sunday - Thursday) - 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Hong Kong Time) Working Mode - Fully remote Why Join Medic Paths? - Flexible remote work - Opportunity to work with a global medical education team - Supportive and growth-focused environment
