Full-Time Cold Calling Closer - UK + US Shift

📞 We’re Hiring: Full-Time B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter ShortVids is looking for a confident, fluent-English cold caller to join our remote sales team. ShortVids is a global video editing and creative production agency helping marketing agencies, startups, SaaS companies, and enterprise teams scale their content and ad creative production. Your Role You will be responsible for reaching out to: • Marketing and advertising agency owners • Startup founders and SaaS companies • C-suite executives and enterprise decision-makers • Brands that need ongoing video editing and creative production Your primary goal will be to start qualified conversations, communicate the ShortVids offer clearly, handle initial objections, and book sales calls with relevant prospects. Key Responsibilities • Make 150+ outbound calls per working day • Follow provided prospect lists, scripts, and calling processes • Qualify prospects based on their creative and video production requirements • Book qualified appointments for the ShortVids sales team • Follow up consistently with interested prospects • Maintain accurate call notes and update the CRM • Improve scripts and objection handling based on call feedback Requirements • Strong spoken English with clear pronunciation • Previous cold-calling, appointment-setting, or B2B sales experience • Confidence speaking with founders, agency owners, and senior executives • Ability to handle objections and maintain conversations professionally • Comfortable working during European and US business hours • Reliable internet connection, quiet workspace, and calling setup • Must be available for a full-time remote position • Experience selling agency, marketing, SaaS, video, or creative services is preferred Compensation • $200–$300 per month fixed compensation • Additional incentives for qualified calls booked • Performance incentives for opportunities that successfully convert into clients • Opportunity to grow into a larger sales and closing role based on performance About ShortVids ShortVids provides video editing, ad creatives, content repurposing, UGC-style videos, motion graphics, YouTube production, and white-label creative support for agencies and brands worldwide. 🌍 Remote position 🕒 Europe and US timezone availability required 📈 Long-term opportunity for consistent performers
