We are looking for a brilliant Full-Time Creative Strategist & Direct-Response Copywriter to become the architectural brain behind our ad creatives. 📌 What You Will Do: +Competitor & Market Research: Constantly spy on and analyze the market to find winning angles, trends, and market gaps. + Direct-Response Scriptwriting: Write high-converting video scripts, image ad brief + Collaborate with Editors: Build clear, actionable creative briefs for our dedicated Video Editors, ensuring your strategic vision is perfectly translated into the final visual asset. + Data-Driven Iteration: Analyze ad performance metrics (CTR, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CVR) with the Media Buyer to diagnose why an ad is winning or losing, and rapidly script variations to beat ad fatigue.
