Full-Time Full-Charge Bookkeeper & Accountant (QuickBooks Online Expert)

We are an established firm seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and experienced Full-Time Bookkeeper and Accountant to manage our daily financial operations. This is a long-term, 40-hour-per-week position for a professional who thrives on keeping accounts immaculate, balanced, and audit-ready. If you are a QuickBooks Online wizard who understands the deep "why" behind accounting logic (not just data entry) and can work independently, we want you on our team. Key Responsibilities Daily Ledger Management: Categorize transactions, reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and loan statements accurately within QuickBooks Online. Accounts Receivable & Payable: Manage invoicing, follow up on collections, and oversee bill payments. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
