Full Time Organic Marketer

I want someone to own all of our organic marketing channels: Youtube IG / FB Website (for website I will tell you what changes we want and you're charge of coordinating with our website agency to make changes / quality control the changes). This would be a full time job - consistent monthly income. Our founder is an expert - Frank Hepworth. Former crypto securities attorney. Consulted the biggest exchanges in the world, like Binance. Worked with the government on crypto regulation. Specialised in crypto for nearly a decade. Grew his personal portfolio 11X. Our company is a well established crypto consulting company. We consult on multiple hundreds of millions in crypto capital. We serve over 1,600 investors. Our team includes Crypto hedge fund managers People who have built crypto protocols and scaled to $100M+ valuations People with $10 million-plus personal crypto portfolios. All of our marketing is from paid ads, but we are weak on the organic side. I want someone to: Own organic content strategy and schedule What to post, when, and why Own full content production process How to film (founder) How to edit (editors / graphic designers) Hire and manage team Project management & communication Review and quality control edits This is a full time role.
