Growth Marketing Assistant

We're looking for a proactive and creative Growth Marketing Assistant to help increase our online presence and generate more inbound leads. We are a growing UK-based accounting and fractional finance business working with SMEs across a range of industries. Our focus is helping business owners understand their numbers through management accounts, financial control and strategic finance support. This is a long-term part-time role with the opportunity to grow alongside the business. Responsibilities You'll help us grow our brand and generate leads by: Improving our website SEO Writing SEO-optimised blog articles Repurposing long-form content into social media posts Managing LinkedIn and TikTok content schedules Creating simple graphics in Canva Assisting with email marketing campaigns Researching keywords and competitor content Monitoring website traffic and analytics Suggesting new marketing ideas and campaigns Helping improve our Google Business Profile Supporting with lead generation initiatives Skills Required Proven SEO experience Excellent written English Content marketing experience WordPress or similar CMS Canva Google Analytics/Search Console (preferred) LinkedIn marketing Basic video editing (CapCut or similar is a bonus) Understanding of small business marketing About You We're looking for someone who: Thinks proactively rather than waiting for instructions Can suggest ideas to help us grow Works independently Is organised and reliable Has excellent communication skills Wants to build a long-term working relationship Hours Initially around 10–15 hours per week, with flexibility depending on workload and results.
