About Us Modern Offer REI is a growing real estate investment company based in Memphis, TN. We specialize in acquiring off-market residential properties and are looking to expand our acquisitions team with experienced, motivated cold callers. Position Details Position: Full-Time Cold Caller Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time Pay: Starting at $6.00/hour with opportunities for growth based on performance. Industry: Real Estate Investing (Off-Market Residential) Responsibilities You will be calling qualified homeowner leads with the goal of: Building rapport with property owners Gathering property and seller information Identifying seller motivation Scheduling appointments for our acquisitions team Submitting offers when appropriate Accurately updating our CRM after each call Requirements We're looking for candidates who: Have previous cold calling experience in real estate investing (REI) or a related real estate field Speak clear, fluent English with a professional phone presence Are confident handling objections and keeping conversations natural Have reliable internet, a quality headset, and a quiet work environment Are dependable, coachable, and results-driven Can work the required Central Time schedule Preferred Experience Wholesaling Off-market acquisitions Motivated seller conversations CRM experience Dialers To be considered, please include the following: A brief introduction about yourself.
