About Us We’re a growing SaaS CRM company serving businesses in the home service industry. We’re looking for a full-time Customer Support Specialist who can join our team immediately and grow with the company. Position * Full-time — 40 hours per week * 100% remote * Available to start immediately * Long-term position with room to grow What You’ll Be Doing * Customer support via phone, text, email, live chat, and video calls * Troubleshoot customer questions and software issues * Help customers learn and get the most out of our platform * Reproduce and test reported bugs * Clearly document bugs and escalate them to our development team * Follow up with customers until issues are resolved * Work closely with our support and development teams What We’re Looking For * Excellent written and verbal English * Comfortable talking with customers on the phone and video * Fast learner who can pick up new software quickly * Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills * Able to work quickly and stay focused * Organized and able to manage multiple conversations at once * Positive and patient, even with frustrated customers * Reliable and consistent * Strong attention to detail * Able to work independently while still communicating with the team * Comfortable receiving feedback and continuously improving SaaS/software customer support experience is a big plus, but we’re also interested in people who are quick learners, great communicators, dependable, and willing to work hard.
