Full-Time Virtual Assistant for Growing Music Team

We're a small, close-knit team looking for someone who wants to grow with us long-term. We work in the music industry, supporting a multi-GRAMMY and Latin GRAMMY-winning producer, composer, and artist, so if you love music, that's definitely a plus! This isn't just a typical virtual assistant role. You'll help with a mix of administrative tasks, community management, social media, and whatever the team needs. Every day is different, so we're looking for someone who's adaptable, proactive, and enjoys learning new things. Experience is a plus, but it's not required. We care much more about your attitude, work ethic, and willingness to grow. If you're honest, responsible, curious, and take initiative, you'll fit right in.
