Funding Specialist Virtual Assistant Credit Repair | Personal Funding | Business Funding Position Type: Full-Time Virtual Assistant We are a growing credit repair and funding company seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Funding Specialist Virtual Assistant to help manage client funding opportunities, application processing, follow-up, and customer support. Responsibilities: Review and manage funding leads daily Follow up with prospects who are not yet ready to apply Collect and organize required client documents Pre-screen clients before submitting funding applications Assist with personal and business funding programs Read and analyze credit reports Process and track funding applications Monitor approvals, denials, and funding outcomes Maintain and update client records within CRM systems Provide excellent customer support throughout the funding process Keep an active pipeline of funding opportunities Help maximize funding approvals and revenue from existing clients Required Experience Applicants must have experience with: DisputeFox Reading and understanding credit reports Personal funding programs Business funding programs Client onboarding Lead follow-up and nurturing Business credit fundamentals Funding application processing Customer support Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points) GoHighLevel (GHL) experience Credit repair industry experience Business credit experience Loan packaging experience Sales or funding consultation experience Ideal Candidate: Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong communication and follow-up skills Able to work independently and meet deadlines Comfortable handling sensitive financial information Results-driven and focused on client success
