Description: We are looking for an experienced fundraising advisor with a strong venture capital, startup fundraising, or investment banking background. Our company, Chiton, is a video-first social commerce platform focused on fashion in Saudi Arabia and the GCC. We already have: Live product 100,000+ users Hundreds of fashion brands Existing operations across Turkey and GCC Financial model Pitch deck Investor feedback We are NOT looking for a pitch deck designer. We are looking for a strategic advisor who can help us prepare for a future fundraising round. Scope: Review current pitch deck Review financial model Review investor feedback Assess fundraising readiness Recommend appropriate round size Recommend valuation range Refine investment narrative Identify weaknesses in our story Help position the company correctly Advise on investor targeting strategy Advise on milestones required before fundraising Required Experience: Venture Capital Startup fundraising Investment banking Corporate finance Fundraising strategy Marketplace, consumer apps, social commerce, or e-commerce experience preferred To apply, please answer: What is your fundraising experience?
