This role is not about building or managing ad campaigns — it's about making sure tracking is set up correctly and the data is clean and reliable. You'll jump into projects as they come up, so reliability, fast turnaround, and attention to detail matter most. What you'll do Set up and configure GA4 events, conversions, and properties Implement and manage tracking via Google Tag Manager (tags, triggers, variables) Install and QA tracking pixels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) Audit existing setups to find broken, duplicate, or misfiring tags Verify conversion tracking works end-to-end and data flows correctly into reporting Document setups so they're clean and handoff-ready What we're looking for Deep, hands-on expertise with GA4 event setup and configuration Strong GTM implementation skills, including custom event tracking and dataLayer work Experience installing and debugging tracking pixels across platforms A meticulous QA mindset — you catch the small errors that throw off data
