GAMS Expert for CGE Model Analysis

I need an expert to perform statistical analysis using GAMS on a Social Accounting Matrix (SAM) for a CGE model. The analysis should yield economic impact assessments and provide insights into the effects of policy changes. The ideal candidate will have experience in GEMPACK or GAMS and CGE models, and be able to interpret and communicate complex data effectively. Key Requirements: - Proficiency in GAMS or GEMPACK - Experience with SAM and CGE models - Strong statistical analysis skills - Ability to generate economic impact assessments and policy simulations The given output should be: - Estimation results for advanced econometric models by using time series and panel data estimation techniques. - Craft the econometric and mathematical structure of the model by using the equations that describe the selected econometric model of the research project. - Provide simulation results for the economy-wide impact of the trade policy analysis (simulation should be run in a General Algebraic Modeling Package (GEMPACK) or General Algebraic Modeling System (GAMS) software by using the Global Trade Analysis Project (GTAP) computable general equilibrium (CGE) model) - Provide mathematical structure of the GTAP model as well as Social Accounting Matrix (SAM) Ideal Skills and Experience: - Background in economics or a related field - Previous experience with similar projects - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis Please provide samples of previous work and a brief methodology outline.
