This is not a “set it and forget it” role. I need someone who thinks strategically, builds cleanly, and can work independently without hand-holding. What You’ll Be Working On • Building and designing high-converting funnels (VSL-to-call, webinar registration, opt-in, upsell) • Setting up multi-step automations and workflow logic • Building and configuring chatbots (both website widget and SMS/conversation AI flows) • Creating and managing email campaigns and nurture sequences • Setting up conversion tracking, attribution, and pipeline reporting • Building custom dashboards and generating analytics-based reports on lead and conversion performance • Running structured split tests across funnel elements and documenting results with clear conclusions • Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI) setup and troubleshooting • Occasional light copywriting and funnel messaging support You’re a Strong Fit If You: • Have 2+ years of hands-on GHL experience (not just familiarity) • Have built VSL-to-book-a-call funnels and webinar funnels from scratch inside GHL • Understand funnel architecture, not just page building • Know how to set up and troubleshoot automations without breaking live workflows • Have experience with GHL’s reporting tools, custom dashboards, and attribution tracking • Can run and document split tests properly: buttons, colours, fonts, headlines, layout variations, and CTAs, with a system for tracking which variant wins and why • Have hands-on experience setting up Meta Pixel events and Conversions API (CAPI) server-side tracking, including event deduplication and verifying event match quality in Events Manager • Can write or refine copy at a basic level: headlines, CTAs, email subject lines, button text • Communicate clearly, meet deadlines, and flag issues proactively Nice to Have: • Experience with A2P SMS compliance and GHL phone number setup • Zapier or Make integration experience • Familiarity with Stripe payment integration inside GHL • Experience working inside white-labeled GHL accounts • Facebook Business Manager and ad account setup experience alongside CAPI implementation Deliverables You Should Be Comfortable Producing: • Fully built funnel pages (design + copy placeholders + mobile optimization) • Complete automation workflows with tested trigger/action logic • Chatbot conversation flows with fallback logic • Dashboard views showing funnel conversion rates, pipeline movement, and campaign performance • Split test documentation: variants tested, traffic split, duration, results, and recommended winner with reasoning • Verified Meta Pixel and CAPI setup with confirmed event firing, correct event naming conventions, and deduplication confirmed in Events Manager • Clean, organized GHL account structure (no spaghetti workflows) A Note on Split Testing I want someone who tests with intention, not just curiosity. That means forming a hypothesis before launching a test, isolating one variable at a time (headline, button colour, font choice, hero copy, CTA phrasing), running tests long enough to reach statistical significance, and documenting everything in a format that’s shareable with clients. If you run tests and can’t tell me what you learned and what you changed as a result, this role isn’t the right fit. A Note on Meta CAPI Browser-based pixel tracking alone is no longer reliable. I need someone who understands server-side event tracking, can connect GHL or a third-party integration to Meta’s CAPI endpoint, verify event match quality scores, and troubleshoot duplicate or misfiring events. Experience with both direct CAPI integrations and gateway tools (like Stape or similar) is a bonus. How to Apply In your proposal, please include: 1.
