Phase 1 – CRM Foundation Setup 1. CRM Environment Setup Configure and deploy the CRM environment, including domain verification and all required system settings. Ensure the platform is fully operational and ready for production use. 2. Email Configuration Configure business email sending, mailbox integration, and activity tracking. Ensure reliable delivery of client communications, reminders, and notifications. 3. CRM Configuration Configure the CRM to support lead management, contacts, accounts, opportunities, custom fields, pipelines, and lead source tracking. Align the CRM structure with our sales and client management processes. 4. Data Migration Migrate approximately 30–40 contacts and associated deal/opportunity records from the existing CRM. Preserve historical information where practical while minimising duplicate records. 5. Calendar & Appointment Booking Configure online appointment booking integrated with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams. Enable automated confirmations, reminders, and booking management. 6. Social Media Integration Connect business social media accounts for content scheduling and publishing. Configure any available management features supported by the selected platform. 7. Invoicing Configure invoicing functionality for creating, sending, and manually tracking invoices. Online payment gateway integration is not required. 8. Business Networking Automation Implement an automated workflow for capturing new networking contacts, tagging records, and sending introductory communications. Include automated meeting booking functionality within the workflow. 9. Documentation & Training Provide user training, administrator documentation, and handover of the completed solution. Include documentation for key workflows and ongoing system administration. Phase 2 – Website Rebuild Website Development Rebuild the existing website, including service pages, enquiry forms, blog content, and responsive design.
