GoHighLevel Automation & Systems Specialist About the Opportunity We are looking for a reliable GoHighLevel expert to help us build, improve, and maintain our agency systems. This role will involve a mix of CRM setup, automation, integrations, and operational support as we continue to grow our real estate, AI, and marketing automation businesses. ⸻ What You’ll Be Working On Primary Deliverables * Build and optimize GoHighLevel funnels, landing pages, websites, forms, and surveys * Create and maintain automation workflows for lead nurturing, appointment booking, follow-ups, and client onboarding * Set up and manage pipelines, calendars, CRM records, and reporting dashboards * Configure integrations using APIs, Webhooks, Zapier, Make, and n8n * Assist with GoHighLevel SaaS Mode setup and client account provisioning * Help document processes and create scalable operating procedures * Explore opportunities to incorporate AI tools and automations into agency operations ⸻ Skills Required Must Have * Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel * Experience building workflows and automations * Experience creating funnels, websites, and forms * Familiarity with Webhooks and API integrations * Experience with Zapier, Make, or n8n * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Good written and verbal communication Nice to Have * Experience with GoHighLevel SaaS Mode * Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar platforms * Experience supporting agencies or service-based businesses * Basic understanding of CRM architecture and business operations ⸻ How We Like to Work * We value proactive communication and ownership. * We prefer someone who can recommend solutions rather than simply execute instructions. * Most tasks will be assigned through clear project briefs, Loom videos, or written SOPs. * We appreciate regular progress updates and transparency when challenges arise. * Quality and reliability are more important to us than speed alone. * Long-term collaboration is preferred if there is a good fit. ⸻ To Apply Please share: 1.
