GHL Migration Expert

About us We run a membership-based online education business serving educators. GHL is already our core platform for CRM, funnels, email, and membership operations. This role is about consolidating everything else into it. What you'll do: Course migration (Simplero to GHL) - Rebuild our existing courses in GHL Memberships/Courses, including modules, lessons, video hosting, downloadable resources, and quizzes or assessments where applicable - Recreate drip schedules and lesson unlock logic - Migrate student access so current members keep their progress and don't lose access during cutover - Set up offer and product structures that map to our existing pricing tiers - Build the automations that grant and revoke course access on purchase, refund, cancellation, and failed payment Digital product migration (Shopify to GHL) - Rebuild our digital product catalog in GHL's ecommerce store or as one-step/two-step order forms, whichever fits each product better (you should be able to recommend which and explain why) - Set up checkout flows, order bumps, upsells, and coupon codes - Configure automated digital delivery after purchase - Connect Stripe and PayPal and confirm payments, receipts, and tax settings work correctly - Plan the Shopify wind-down so nothing breaks for customers mid-transition Across both - Map out a migration plan with a testing phase before anything goes live - QA every purchase path, access grant, and email trigger before and after cutover - Document what you build so our team can maintain it - Coordinate with our team on timing, since some of this touches live revenue What we need from you: - Proven experience building courses inside GHL Memberships, not just funnels and pipelines - Hands-on experience with GHL's ecommerce store and order forms, including payment integrations - At least one prior platform migration into GHL (from Simplero, Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific, Shopify, or similar) - Strong grasp of GHL workflows and automations, especially around offer access and payment events - Comfort working with Stripe and PayPal inside GHL - Clear written communication. You'll be working with a remote team in the Australian time zone. Nice to have: - Simplero familiarity, even basic, so you can navigate the export side - Experience with membership communities in GHL - Zapier or webhook experience for anything GHL can't do natively Portfolio required Applications without a portfolio will not be considered. Show us: - Links or walkthroughs of courses you've built in GHL (screen recordings are fine if client logins can't be shared) - At least one migration project, with a short description of what you moved, from where, and how you handled the cutover - References we can contact for at least one of those projects - To ensure that you read and understand all the requirements of this job, put the word Cobalamin on top of your application.
