# GoHighLevel (GHL) Setup + Google Sheets Leaderboard — Sales Pipeline for Home Services Company **Job Type:** Fixed Price **Timeline:** 1–2 weeks **Category:** CRM / Marketing Automation / Zapier --- ## Overview We're a Southern California home services company (artificial turf, concrete, hardscaping) with a small outside sales team. We need an experienced GoHighLevel specialist to build out our sales pipeline, automate key notifications, and connect GHL to a Google Sheets leaderboard that tracks rep performance in real time. This is a clearly scoped, fixed-price project. We're not looking for someone to figure it out as they go — we want someone who has done this before and can move quickly. --- ## Scope of Work **1. Build the Sales Pipeline in GHL** Set up a pipeline with the following stages in this exact order: - Lead In - Appointment Set - Confirmed - Showed - Presented - Closed Won - Closed Lost - Cancelled **2. Custom Fields per Opportunity** Create the following custom fields on each opportunity: - Assigned Rep - Lead Source - Project Type - Deal Value **3. Automated SMS/Email Notifications** Configure automations triggered at key pipeline stages, including: - Appointment confirmation text to the customer when moved to "Confirmed" - Follow-up SMS or email when an opportunity goes to "Showed" (no close) - Internal notification to assigned rep when a lead is assigned We will provide specific message copy. You're responsible for building the triggers and delivery logic. **4. GHL → Google Sheets via Zapier** Connect GHL to Google Sheets so that when an opportunity is created or moves stages, the relevant data (rep name, lead source, project type, deal value, stage) flows automatically into a Google Sheet. **5. Google Sheets Leaderboard** Build a Google Sheets leaderboard that tracks the following per sales rep: - Appointments Set - Show Rate (%) - Close Rate (%) - Revenue Closed ($) The sheet should update automatically from the Zapier feed and be easy to read at a glance — no complex formulas that break when we add reps. **6. End-to-End Testing** Test every workflow: stage movements, automated messages, Zapier triggers, and sheet updates. Deliver a brief written summary of what was tested and confirmed working. **7. Loom Walkthroughs** Record Loom videos walking through: - How the pipeline is structured and how to move opportunities - How automations work and how to edit message copy - How the Google Sheets leaderboard updates and how to read it These videos are for our admin and sales reps — keep them simple and clear. --- ## Requirements - Proven GoHighLevel experience — you must be able to share examples of past GHL builds (pipelines, automations, custom fields) - Zapier experience — specifically GHL triggers and Google Sheets actions - Google Sheets experience — formulas, structured data, clean layout - Fixed-price bids only — no hourly - Loom walkthrough of a previous GHL project required to be considered (link in your proposal) --- ## What We're NOT Looking For - Agencies or teams — we want to work directly with the person doing the work - Developers building custom integrations — this should be handled natively in GHL and Zapier - Proposals without portfolio examples or a Loom video --- ## To Apply Start your proposal with the phrase: **"I've built GHL pipelines before."** Then briefly describe (3–5 sentences): 1.
