GHL + Stripe + Google Drive Automation: Intake Form, Folder Provisioning & Data Handoff
Worldwide
We need a senior GoHighLevel automations builder to wire a complete client-intake funnel from a written spec. This is an integrations job first and a form build second. A client pays via an embedded Stripe checkout on our subdomain, signs an agreement, then completes a long multi-step intake questionnaire and uploads documents. The automation joins these into one clean flow: match the payer to their existing GHL contact, gate the intake behind payment and signature, provision a per-client Google Drive folder, route uploaded documents into it, and hand a verified, complete submission to our internal review step. This is a high-integrity build. The documents clients upload are the raw material for a diagnostic that supports institutional capital raises. Every uploaded file must reach our system verifiably intact, correctly identified, with per-client isolation and zero data loss. We need a builder who treats file integrity as the core of the job, not an afterthought. The intake form serves two client types, operator and real-estate sponsor, routed by an early mode question that shows or hides the relevant question sets. This is one branching form, not two separate forms. Both paths must be built and tested. The form and fields are fully documented in a provided spec (every field by name, type, required status, and conditional rule). The demanding parts are the connective tissue: the Stripe-to-GHL match-and-update, the per-client Drive folder provisioning, and the verified routing of uploads so that what reaches us is provably what the client sent. We are screening specifically for proven experience with these integrations, not for form-building alone. n8n is strongly preferred for the orchestration layer because of our file-integrity requirement. Tell us your approach in your proposal and why. This is a fixed-price, milestone-based job. Each milestone releases against a written acceptance test in the brief; the integrity milestone includes a deliberately corrupted-file test that the build must catch. Revisions continue until all criteria pass. One rule the entire intake obeys: it never screens, rejects, or redirects the person filling it out. The client has already paid. Every piece of logic either routes which questions appear or sets an internal flag for our team. There is no "we'll confirm whether you're a fit" step anywhere. Please answer the screening questions specifically. Generic "X years of GHL" replies won't be reviewed. SCREENING QUESTIONS This build moves financial documents that must arrive with zero corruption. How do you verify a file moved from GHL into Google Drive is byte-for-byte intact? Name the exact mechanism (hash computation and comparison), the tool, and where you have built this before. This is the most important question. Describe a build where a Stripe payment triggered downstream automation in GHL. How did the payment data reach the GHL contact, and how did you handle matching the payer to an existing contact versus creating a new one? I need a uniquely named Google Drive folder created automatically per client, with the folder ID written back onto the GHL contact so a later process finds that exact folder. How do you build this, and where does native GHL stop and a script or webhook begin? Walk me through one multi-step GHL form with branching, where an early answer shows or hides later question sets. What drove the branching and what were its limits? n8n or Make.com for the orchestration layer, and why? Share a link to a live, complex GHL form or automation you built. Attached are two documents: the full build brief, and the intake field map it references. Together they specify every field, every behavior, and the document-integrity architecture. A few things to lock in before you start: The field map is v2.3 and the brief is v1.1. If you've seen any earlier version, discard it; build to these only. The intake serves two client types, operator and real-estate sponsor, routed by the early mode question. One branching form, not two. Both paths get built and both get tested. The single most important part of this build is document integrity: every uploaded file is manifested, moved into a per-client Drive folder, and hash-verified byte-for-byte before the contact advances. A file that fails verification holds the contact; it never silently proceeds. The brief specifies this in full. Commercial terms: fixed price, milestone-based, each milestone released against the acceptance test in the brief. The integrity milestone includes a corrupted-file test the build must catch. Revisions until all criteria pass. The form-send and confirmation message copy: you build the delivery mechanism with placeholder copy; we supply the final client-facing wording. One rule the entire intake obeys: it never screens, rejects, or redirects the person filling it out. The client has already paid and fit was confirmed before payment. If you find yourself building a "confirm fit" step, you've misread the brief, so flag it and ask. Confirm you've read both documents and the acceptance criteria, give me your fixed price and a delivery estimate, and I'll fund Milestone 1.
