GHL Technical Systems Architect (Contract-Based • Backend & Zoom Phone Integration Only)

OWF (Operation Workflow) is looking for a high-level GoHighLevel (GHL) Solutions Architect for a contract-based infrastructure build. Your mission is to build, configure, and secure the backend "Skeleton" of our agency, ensuring our systems are optimized for high-volume outreach and seamless client scalability. This is a purely technical, backend system integration contract. CRITICAL SCOPE NOTE: You are NOT being hired to design websites, landing pages, or marketing funnels. We do not need a creative designer. We need a backend technician whose entire focus is clean automation logic, pipelines, custom values, and telephony integration. Key Responsibilities: System Architecture: Build and manage the "Master OWF Snapshot," including pipelines, custom fields, and complex 14-day automated nurture workflows. Telephony Infrastructure: Configure Zoom Phone settings, routing, call recording, and user permissions to support an outreach team making 400+ calls per month. Compliance Management: Manage agency-level settings, custom domains, and handle all A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registrations to ensure 100% text deliverability. Phase-Based Build: Work efficiently within a contract structure. Phase 1 is the immediate setup of the Zoom Phone environment; Phase 2 (GHL deployment) triggers upon our first client onboarding. Requirements: GHL Expert: Proven experience managing GoHighLevel Agency & Sub-account backend structures (Snapshots, Workflows, Twilio/LeadConnector). VoIP Administration: Direct experience configuring Zoom Phone or similar enterprise-grade VoIP systems. Compliance Knowledge: Deep understanding of current A2P 10DLC regulations and carrier approval processes. Privacy Boundaries: Must be comfortable operating within strict administrative boundaries.
