GoHighLevel Expert Needed – Optimise & Simplify Existing CRM and Automations I’m looking for an experienced GoHighLevel expert to review and optimise my existing GHL setup for my concrete business. Most of my website, forms, automations and integrations are already connected. The problem is that everything has become a bit messy over time, and I need someone to simplify it, make it practical, and ensure it all works together efficiently. I don’t want unnecessary complexity—I want a clean, easy-to-manage system that actually helps me run my business. What I need: * Complete audit of my current GoHighLevel account. * Clean up existing workflows and automations. * Remove unnecessary or duplicated processes. * Ensure all forms, pipelines and automations work together logically. * Improve the customer journey from enquiry through to completed job. * Optimise lead management and follow-up. * Make sure notifications, reminders and automations trigger correctly. * Recommend and implement practical improvements where needed. * Ensure the system is easy for me to understand and manage moving forward. About my business I own a residential concreting business in Australia. We specialise in driveways, patios, shed slabs, pool surrounds and decorative concrete. My goal is to have a system where every enquiry is captured, followed up automatically where appropriate, and progresses through the pipeline in a simple, organised way without unnecessary manual work.
