About the Role We're looking for a Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer to build and own the technical infrastructure that powers our revenue engine. This is a hybrid role sitting at the intersection of engineering, sales, marketing, and operations. You'll automate manual workflows, integrate the tools our GTM teams rely on, and build custom systems that help us scale pipeline generation, conversion, and retention. What You'll Do • Design, build, and maintain integrations across our GTM stack (HubSpot, marketing automation, Apollo, enrichment tools (Clay) • Build automated workflows for lead routing, scoring, enrichment, and outbound campaigns using tools like n8n, Zapier, Clay, and custom code • Develop AI-powered agents and scripts that handle research, personalization, and qualification at scale • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps leaders to translate go-to-market strategy into working systems • Own data quality and the flow of information between systems, ensuring our GTM teams can trust the numbers they see • Prototype and ship internal tools (dashboards, Slack bots, admin panels) that solve specific GTM bottlenecks • Instrument funnels and build reporting pipelines that surface insights about what's working and what isn't • Evaluate and implement new tools, staying current on emerging GTM technology What We're Looking For • 4+ years of experience in software engineering, RevOps engineering, sales engineering, or a similar technical role • Strong proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar) and comfort working with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON • Hands-on experience with a CRM (HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms • Familiarity with modern GTM tooling such as Clay, Apollo, Avoma or similar • Experience building with or integrating LLMs and AI APIs into production workflows • A builder's mindset: you ship quickly, iterate based on feedback, and aren't precious about throwing away code that's served its purpose • Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders Nice to Have • Experience at a fast-growing B2B AWS Premier Partner (Consulting Firm) • Background in sales, marketing, or RevOps before moving into engineering • Experience with prompt engineering and building agentic systems
