**Title: B2B Software Sales / GTM Expert with Industrial & Manufacturing Contacts** We are looking for an experienced B2B software sales / GTM person with a strong background in industrial, manufacturing, automation, robotics, or other technical B2B markets. You must have at least 5 years of experience selling B2B software and understand how to sell into this vertical. Ideally, you already have warm contacts, past customers, or a relevant network you can leverage. We are not looking for someone who needs a lot of training, scripts, or hand-holding. We are a lean startup and do not have a large amount of sales material yet, so you need to be comfortable working independently and figuring out the best path to results. We do not care whether your approach is cold calling, referrals, email outreach, LinkedIn, warm intros, partner channels, or direct selling. We care about qualified meetings, pipeline, and revenue. Compensation is flexible and performance-driven. You can either: Book qualified meetings for us to close, with a smaller commission per qualified opportunity or closed deal Or manage the full sales process yourself if you have warm contacts or past relationships, with 10% commission on the first-year contract value Typical commissions range from approximately $3,000 to $10,000 per closed customer, depending on contract size.
