GTM & Google Analytics Expert – Ongoing Tracking & Analytics Support

We're looking for a tracking and analytics specialist to own our GTM stack and GA4 reporting on an ongoing basis. Responsibilities: - Refactor and optimize our existing GTM setup (client-side and server-side) - Stand up and manage server-side tagging via Stape - Implement and maintain conversion pixels across ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) - Build event triggers in GTM and define hardcoded data layer event specs for our dev team - Serve as the point person for adding and updating tracking tags as needs evolve - Own QA and validation for all tracking implementations - Build GA4 reports and dashboards for the marketing team Requirements: - Expert-level Google Tag Manager (client-side and server-side) - Hands-on Stape experience - Strong GA4 knowledge — events, conversions, custom dimensions, reporting - Experience writing data layer specs for development teams - Familiarity with Meta CAPI, Google Ads tags, and other ad platform pixels - Detail-oriented QA process using GTM Preview, DebugView, etc. - Ability to build clean reports for non-technical marketing stakeholders Please share relevant project examples and note your Stape experience when applying.
