GTM Strategy for August Live Event Project Overview We are looking for an experienced GTM (Go-to-Market) strategist to develop a comprehensive launch and growth strategy for a major live spiritual event taking place in **August** within our App. The objective is to maximise awareness, registrations, participation, engagement, and post-event retention by creating a data-driven, end-to-end GTM plan that aligns product, marketing, CRM, community, and growth initiatives. Scope of Work The strategy should include: * GTM strategy and launch roadmap * Event positioning and value proposition * Audience segmentation and targeting * Customer journey mapping * Messaging framework * Channel strategy (App, Email, WhatsApp, Push Notifications, Social Media, YouTube, PR, Partnerships, etc.) * Content and campaign calendar * Organic and paid growth recommendations * Referral and community engagement strategy * User activation and retention plan * Funnel design with key conversion metrics * KPI framework and success metrics * Risk assessment and contingency planning * Recommendations for post-event engagement and long-term user retention Deliverables * Comprehensive GTM Strategy Document * Launch Timeline with milestones * Marketing Campaign Calendar * Channel-wise execution plan * Messaging Framework * Funnel and KPI Dashboard * Executive presentation summarising recommendations
