Budget is up to what you think the best quality you can deliver for this project, open to functionality * Four medium-sized interactive Unity scenes, each comprising approximately 500–1,000 m² of navigable virtual space, multiple interaction zones, and optimisation for standalone VR deployment. * GenAI integration with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), enabling avatars to generate context-aware responses grounded in approved project documents and learning materials. * Fully animated conversational avatars with facial animation, full viseme-based lip synchronisation, body gestures, and scenario-specific character behaviours. * Development of custom 3D models, environmental assets, animations, interfaces, and interactive objects aligned with the educational scenarios and visual requirements. * Educational and gameplay functionality, including quizzes, feedback, 3D object manipulation, task progression, quest logic, completion conditions, and learner guidance. * Custom web-based reporting and learning analytics covering task completion, timestamps, elapsed time, learner movement and interactions, together with system deployment and web hosting for 24 months.
