General Virtual Assistant — Detail-Oriented, AI-Savvy (CST Hours)

About the role General VA (20-30 hrs/week), with a path to full-time for the right person. You'll execute tasks across the business — fast, accurately, and with minimal hand-holding. What you'll do - Execute assigned tasks quickly and accurately across multiple tools - Research, data entry, and general operations support - Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) daily as part of your workflow - Communicate proactively with the team on Slack - Adapt to whatever the business needs — no two weeks look the same Must-haves - Extreme attention to detail — we catch typos before they ship, and so should you - Fast, efficient execution; follows instructions precisely - Problem solver who researches first, asks questions second - AI-savvy: comfortable working heavily with ChatGPT and Claude - Available during CST business hours - Strong communicator on Slack — responsive, clear, proactive Bonus points - Klaviyo or email flow experience (campaigns, flows, segments) - Graphic design / creative experience (Canva, Figma, email design) - Shopify familiarity How to apply Start your proposal with the word REBEL so we know you read this.
