What You’ll Be Doing I will provide the main topic, overall angle, script structure, initial research, and key ideas. Your job will be to take that foundation and turn it into a compelling, well-written documentary-style YouTube script that brings the story to life. You will be responsible for: Turning complex geopolitical/economic topics into clear, engaging narratives Writing strong hooks, smooth transitions, and retention-focused scenes Making the script feel human, conversational, and premium Improving the storytelling, pacing, and emotional flow of the video Explaining complex ideas without making them feel boring or academic Structuring information in a way that keeps viewers watching Writing for a real narrator/host, not a faceless voiceover Revision Process After you submit the first draft, I will review it and send detailed feedback. There will be a back-and-forth revision process until the script matches the tone, pacing, structure, and quality we are looking for. This is especially important in the first few scripts as you learn our style. You should be comfortable receiving feedback, rewriting sections, improving hooks, restructuring parts of the script, and refining the narration until it feels right for the channel. This is not a one-draft-and-done job. We are looking for someone who can collaborate closely and improve the script through revisions.
