Georgia-Licensed PE — Stamp Fuel System / UST Plans for Fire Marshal Submittal (Gas Station)

We're a Georgia general contractor assembling a State Fire Marshal "Special Hazards" packet for a fuel-system modification at an existing, operating gas station in Cumming, GA (Forsyth County). We need a **currently licensed Georgia Professional Engineer** to serve as engineer of record, review our design, and provide signed-and-sealed documents for the AHJ submittal. Scope of the physical work being permitted: - Install one (1) new 10,000-gallon, 2-compartment underground storage tank (5,000 gal ethanol-free "Rec 90" / 5,000 gal diesel) - Two (2) new 1½" flexible product lines tying into an existing dispenser sump - New tank vent risers; existing canopy, dispensers, and store remain - Tie-in to an existing, already-permitted dispensing system What we need from you (deliverables): - Engineering review and **PE seal (Georgia)** on the fuel-system site/layout plan - Sealed tank & piping details, venting (normal + emergency), spill/overfill, and leak-detection sheets as required for the submittal - Sealed code-compliance narrative referencing NFPA 30, NFPA 30A, the International Fire Code, and Georgia fire-marshal/EPD UST rules - Any required engineering calculations (e.g., emergency venting) - Stamped/signed copies in PDF suitable for upload to the State Fire Marshal What we provide: - ALTA survey, to-scale fuel-system layout (tank/lines/vents/e-stop already placed), equipment cut sheets and UL listings (tank, dispensers, leak detection), and a draft compliance narrative for your review and revision **Required qualifications (please confirm in your proposal):** - Active Georgia PE license — include your license number - Direct experience with petroleum / UST / motor-fuel dispensing systems and NFPA 30 / 30A - Prior Georgia State Fire Marshal (Special Hazards) or local AHJ fuel-system submittals **Screening questions:** 1. What is your Georgia PE license number, and is it currently active? 2. How many fuel-system / UST plan sets have you sealed for a Georgia AHJ? 3. Are you comfortable acting as engineer of record reviewing and sealing drawings we've drafted, with revisions as you require? 4. What's your turnaround for a single-site sealed set once you have our documents?
