Summary

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, German-speaking Operations Manager to support the daily operations of our growing solar and home energy company. This is a long-term remote position requiring at least 3 hours per day, with the opportunity to work 4–5 hours daily as responsibilities grow. You will coordinate projects, manage internal processes, communicate with customers and subcontractors in German, and help ensure our installations run smoothly.
